Description

A one-story house, without basement, with garage shelter. It is original building about modern architecture, with the interestingly solved detail. In the daily zone is spacious living room with the fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen with the pantry, however the corridor smoothly is linking it with the night zone which three rooms appoint with the wardrobe and the bathroom and the allocated bedroom with the wardrobe.

Technology and construction

The house was designed in order to enable any arranging the inside. The load-bearing structure was left intact ”thrown away„ outside. Steel double T-bars are carrying the structure of the roof and they constitute the frame to the assembly of outside walls of the building and shutters of the blind and roller-blinds. The inside is an open space very well sunlit from every side.

Finish

Elevations were designed in the system of curtain walls on the entire openwork structure. It is possible to make shutters and sliding blinds of wood, steel net or plastic. Roller-blinds are an additional component influencing character of the elevation and insides of plastic with imprints. Window joinery aluminium.
