A one-storey house with built in garage, intended for 3-4-person family. Very simple lump of a house was finished in remarkable, innovative way. Characteristic interior element is centrally situated core with toilet and pantry on the ground floor and technical room on the ground floor. Daily zone is a spacious living room with dining room, connected with open kitchen, with open to a garden with impressive glazing. A first floor is a night zone with 2 bedrooms, big wardrobe and bathroom. A building was designed as energy efficient, with mechanical ventilation with recuperation, heat pump, photovoltaic cells and solar collectors.
