Description

A one-storey house, with basement only in one part of a house, for 4-5-person family. A ground floor in daily zone fulfill a space of 2 floors. A spacious living room with fireplace is connected with dining room, winter garden and kitchen with pantry. The night zone is in a cuboidal lump of the house and is taking two storeys taken out beyond the level of the ground floor. Essentially there are three bedrooms, every with the separate wardrobe and the bathroom. Garage and utility room were planned in basement. A house was designed as energy efficient, equipped in mechanical ventilation with recuperation, heat pump, automatically steered sun blinds, photovoltaic cells and solar panels.
