A one-storey house, with attic for further adaptation, without basement, with built in garage, intended for 4-5-person family.A spacious living room appoints the daily zone around the dining room and the kitchen. A night zone is an allocated bedroom with the wardrobe and the bathroom and two rooms and the bathroom. The sparseness of load-bearing walls lets the great freedom in decor of the interior. Adapting the attic it is possible to get c 50 m 2 of additional usable area.
