A one-storey house, without basement, covered with gable roof, with built in garage, intended for 4-person family. On the ground floor is one-spatial daily zone: living room with dining room and kitchen. By daily room was predicted a study, which can be also a guest room. In the entrance hall an entry to the bathroom and a utility room, by which he is taking a walk to the big garage and farther was predicted – into the boiler room. The night zone is upstairs which three rooms, the bathroom, the toilet and the wardrobe make up.
