Description

One-storey house, without basement, intended for 4 -person family. Conception of house came into existence with the thought about rather small municipal plots. The lump of the building is very modern, untypical for every not only single-family buildings. The plan of the house is simple, a downstairs is a daily part, top floor - night part. A daily part are: the spacious living room connected with the winter garden, dining room, kitchen with the pantry and toilet. A night zone is three bedrooms, the toilet and the spacious bathroom. Designed bay windows in side walls are increasing make brighter rooms. Emptiness beneath the floor of the ground floor and the ceiling of the first floor, served for distributing technical devices supporting the building. The house was designed as high energy-efficient using solar interceptors and photovoltaic cells.
