Description

A bungalow with functional attic, without basement, intended for 4-person family. The house is characterized with traditional form with classic division on daily and night parts. A ground floor is an open space, where is living room and kitchen. In allocated rooms was predicted a study toilet wardrobe the boiler room and the laundry. To the attic they are constructing situated centrally winding stairs. The night zone on the attic consists of three bedrooms and the widely available bathroom.

Technology and construction

A house designed in bricks technology with ferro concrete ceilings. A roof of wooden construction tiled with cement or ceramic. A roof windows. Internal winding stairs made with individual plan by steel or wood.
