Description

A bungalow with functional attic, intended for 4-5-person family. Connecting the interesting, modern lump with the traditional, gable roof. Daily zone – on the ground floor – is housing the big fair connected with the fireplace with the spacious dining room and the comfortable kitchen with the larder. A utility room and a toilet are also located on a ground floor. A floor is a night zone – bedroom with the wardrobe and the bathroom, two rooms with dressing rooms and the widely available bathroom, as well as an additional utility room. The house was designed as energy-efficient. In it was predicted a mechanical ventilation with recuperation, the heat pump and solar panels.
