Description

A house with functional attic, without basement, with garage, intended for 4-6-person family. Compact lump of the house on the plan of the square with 4-side roof. Straight elevations in natural colours. From the front side a little bit the moved small roof is shielding the front door to the building. From the garden side the terrace and the big glazing linking the garden with a living room and the little winter garden. A night zone occupies the attic with four bedrooms from which one - from the side of the garden - has leaving to the little balcony. On the ground floor additionally a study was planned.
