One-storey house without basement with the garage designed in two variants: I. for 5 - 6-person family - with a living room with kitchen with the dining room and the additional room on the ground floor and with four bedrooms upstairs. II. for a nuclear family - with separate ground-floor flats and floor connected with shared lobby. Adapting the building to the twin building development is possible through mating it with gable end of the garage inserting simultaneously in the bedroom roof windows above it. A possibility of the addition of the balcony exists from the garden side.
