A bungalow with functional attic, without basement, with double garage built in, intended for 4-5-person family. In daily part are living room, kitchen, library appendix, room and bathroom. On the attic are night zone with 3 bedrooms, wardrobe and bathroom and spacious loft. "Arkadia II" is expanded version of "Arkadia". After adaptation loft can be a comfortable bedroom.
