Description

Bungalow with functional attic, with garage, without basement, designed for 3-5-person family. On the ground floor are all necessary for a convenient area of residence. The left side of the ground floor is a nocturnal area, which consists of three bedrooms and bathroom. This part of the house was easily separated by the central position of the bathroom. Right side is a daily area with an open kitchen, dining room and living room, where is exit to the garden. In the attic are two additional rooms, which can connect and create a large studio. There is a version of the project with construction of the roof with wave.
