What does a house plan include?

We must to mark that all projects and planning documentation which You buy in our office in Poland are in polish language and are adapted to polish building law. Make sure that our representatives do not have offices in Your country.

Our house plans are created by the best specialists: architects, engineers, designers and installation. The drawings are clear and at the same time legible. Each house plan is executed in accordance with the latest standards under the law building. Building documentation that you receive contains:


  • The projection of the foundations - shows the exact distribution of the foundations, dimensions foundation, the depth of their mounting and the material from which they are made.
  • The projection of the ground floor and floors - take into account the location of the different rooms and their dimensions, areas, the deployment of the walls (main, partition, etc..) At every level of your home. It also shows the arrangement suggested by our doorways, kitchen and sanitary facilities, etc..
  • Projection of rafter framing - provide for the structural arrangement of the roof and sections. All the elements are numbered according to the statement from the timber roof.
  • The projection of ceilings and lintels - to figure out the floor layout, distribution and spacing floor beams, lintels and binders measurements.
  • The projection of the roof - shows the shape, dimensions of the roof, the angle of inclination of all its areas of deployment and roof windows, dormer, skylights and pipes runners.
  • Cross-sections- show all the characteristic elements of the building, they see the crossing after it along or across from the roof to the foundations, which is a layer of floors, ceilings, roof, the solution to certain parts of the building connections (for example, the walls of the ceiling, walls of the roof).
  • Elevations - show the exact appearance of the front, back, sides of the house and a description of finishing materials.

The specification also contains a technical description of the architectural and constructional project:

  • the technical description of the construction - is a description of the materials from which the structural elements and how they are implemented, as well as basic data to calculate the static.


So you get a set of documents (in quadruplicate) on the basis of which you can build a house. However, before submitting the draft to the office with a proposal for building permits, obtain further in the draft and the draft land-use devices for the installation of external (both of these projects are carried out individually and matched to the plot, where you'll build your house).
