In the adaptation of the project are finished limit changes to bring the project to the individual investor needs, which do not require the consent of the designer, and relate to:

• Dimensions of the foundations - resulting from the adjustment object to the ground,
• Dimensions of sections or spacing elements of rafter framing - resulting from the adaptation a building to the snow / wind zone,
• types of ceilings - with maintance a construction of storeys,
• layers of external walls - while maintaining an acceptable coefficient of thermal transmittance,
• the angle of inclination of the roof to 5 degrees - should be paid attention to the carrying capacity of rafter framing,
• installation of water and sewage, gas, central heating, electricity - while preserving existing standards,
• finishing materials - flooring, plaster, roofing tiles, thermal and moisture-proof insulation- while providing the necessary parameters (particularly for change-up roofing) and heat transfer parameters,
• functional solutions - inside the building and transfer or liquidation of partitions
• to change the location, quantity and shape of windows and doors,
• mirror reverse format,
  
• the introduction of partial or total cellar building - while maintaining the level of the pavement gorund floor at a height not exceeding 50 cm above the ground level design.

All the changes mentioned above, should be affixed to the project or included as a supplement and signed by an authorized person.
