ARCHIPELAG Group is composed of six firms about different specialties, employing together near 70 persons - professionals with passion carry out they work. Among them are architects, constructors, experts of installing trade (sanitary, electric), consultants, designers, graphic artists, and persons from sale department.

Established in 1996 Design Studio ARCHIPELAG is a basis of a Group. Architectural office specializes in a designing of single-family houses.

We offer more than 700 ready-made house plans in different style: traditional, modern, bungalows, one-storied, with functional attic etc. Their character defines classification on four categories:

• Affordable (small, inexpensive in building, about straight line the construction, liable to be the answer on expectation and needs of for example young marriages),
  
• Traditional houses (one-storied, from usable loft and storied),
  
• Houses with a wave (all house plans with a characteristic "soft" roof),
  
• Houses for a courageous (modern, with original forms and solutions, for individualist who are looking for aesthetic exterior design and innovative conceptions).

The fourth category also includes our collection under the name HOUSES XXI, which is a part of initiated by ARCHIPELAG informational and educational action, which should to set an example of aesthetic, functional and energy efficient constructions for single-family housing.

We as the company expanded activities on foreign markets: Lithuanian, Latvian, Czech, German, Swedish, Russian and Belarusian.
